| 摘 要： | 目的]阐明天绿香的营养成分和食用方法。方法]通过对天绿香的生物学特性、营养成分、保健功能和毒性进行分析,全面了解天绿香的食用特征。结果]天绿香生长力很强,易于栽培和管理;营养价值丰富。结论]天绿香只要食用得当,将会是时尚的天然绿色保健食品。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to clarify the nutritional components and edible safety of Sauropus androgynus(L.)Meer.Method] The biological characteristics,nutritional components,health care function and toxicity of Sauropus androgynus(L.)Meer was analyzed to find out its entire edible characteristics.Results] Sauropus androgynus(L.)Meer growed well and easy to plant and manage.The nutritional value of Sauropus androgynus(L.)Meer.was abundant.Conclusion] Sauropus androgynus(L.)Meer would be popular natural delicatessen as long as been used suitablely. |
