| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国甘蔗品种选育目标的现状，讨论还原糖在制糖生产中的重要性，分析了甘蔗品种与还原糖的关系，结合我国制糖企业对还原糖的要求，阐述了将还原糖列为甘蔗品种选育重要指标的必要性。

| Abstract: | The sugarcane breeding target in China was introduced, and the importance of reducing sugar in sugar processing of sugar factory was mentioned. The relationship between sugar varieties and reducing sugar was discussed. In view of the requirements of business-to-reducing sugar, it is necessary to reducing sugar as the target of sugarcane breeding. |
