摘    要:通过对32份甘蔗品种材料进行检测,同时与常规测定方法相比较,研究建立了一种甘蔗糖分快速测定法。试验结果表明:两种方法甘蔗糖分和糖锤度测定值的差异均不显著;甘蔗糖分所得值绝对误差变化幅度为0-0.49,绝对误差平均值为0.26;糖锤度值绝对误差变化幅度为0-0.14,绝对误差平均值为0.025。快速测定方法所得结果与常规测定法所得结果有很好的相关程度(甘蔗糖分r=0.9718^**,糖锤度r=0.9993^**),误差在允许范围内。

Rapid Determination Method of Cane Sugar Content

Abstract:A rapid determination method for sucrose content of sugarcane was established to test sugar content of 32 sugarcane varieties/materials, in comparison with conventional method. The result showed that there are not significant differences in both sucrose content and the brix of sugarcane between the two methods. The absolute error of sucrose content of sugarcane ranged was 0-0.49, the average wass 0.26; the absolute error of brix ranged was 0-0.14, the average wass 0.025. There was a high relationship between the rapid determination and the conventional method (sucrose content of sugarcane r=0.9718**; brix of sugarcane r=0.9993**), but there was no significantly difference between the rapid determination and the conventional method.
