蒜种贮藏温度条件对春播蒜二次生长及生理的影响

摘    要:以甘肃临洮的“临洮大麻蒜”为试材,研究了春播蒜蒜种贮藏温度条件对二次生长及生理的影响。结果表明,低温或冷凉高湿条件下贮藏有利于打破蒜种休眠,提高蒜种中GA_3水平,促进生根发芽;低温蒜种出苗后初级植株生长优势较强,鳞茎形成较早,但二次生长极显著增多;蒜种越冬期长期接触自然低温可能是春播地区大蒜二次生长严重发生的重要原因。春性蒜秋播,虽然出苗期仅提早约10天,鳞茎形成未提前,但由于出苗前根系已有明显优势,出苗后初级植株生长明显优于春播,而且未见二次生长发生。鳞茎形成期春播蒜鳞茎中GA_3和IAA水平明显高于秋播,可能是春播与秋播二次生长差异的重要生理原因。

Abstract:The effects of seed-bulb storage temperature conditions on the secondary growth and physiology of spring sowing garlic were studied usig 'Lintao Dama garlic'asthe researching cultivar.The results showed that low temperature or cool and high humidity conditions were favourable to the breaking of dormancy and to the increase of gibberellic acid ( GA_3) in seed-bulbs, rooting and sprouting were also improved.The primary plant growth showed more dorminant after sprouting and the bulb formation appeared earlier, but the secondary growth was most significantly increased with the treatment of seed-bulbs stored in lower temperature conditions.That the seed-bulbs got touch with long period of natural low temperatures during winter season might be an important reason for the serious secondary growth of garlics in the spring sowing areas.Although the sprouting was only for about 10 days earlier and the bulb formation was not in advance, the primary plant growth of autumn sowing vernal garlic after sprouting was more superior to that of spring sowing one, and no secondary growth was found in the autumn sowing garlic plants. ln the period of bulb formation,GA_3 and IAA in the formed bulbs of spring sowing garlics were obviously higher than that of autumn sowing one,that might be the physiological reason for the significant difference of secondary growth bet weenthe different sowing seasons.
