摘    要:为了解绿盲蝽对其重要果树寄主冬枣的为害特点,通过对各生长期叶、蕾、花、幼果等易受害部位接虫试验,研究绿盲蝽对冬枣的为害规律及其对冬枣坐果的影响。结果显示,不同生长期各部位的被害率和刺点数均随着接虫数的增加而增大。嫩叶期最幼嫩的部位顶芽和第1片叶被害率均为100%,第4、5片叶的被害率均为0;相同接虫密度下,花的刺点数显著高于蕾和幼果;花蕾并存时,花的刺点数显著高于蕾,而被害率无显著差异。花期受害后,坐果数显著降低,其中接1、2、3、4、5头绿盲蝽坐果数分别降低了49.49%、59.60%、84.85%、94.95%、94.87%。研究表明,绿盲蝽对冬枣的为害有明显趋嫩和趋花性,花期受害后对产量的影响最大,应加强对花、幼果期绿盲蝽种群的控制。

Abstract:To reveal damage characteristics of the plant bug Apolygus lucorum (Meyer-Dür) to winter jujube, which is one of most important hosts of this pest, artificial inoculation was used to evaluate the damage of A.lucorum to vulnerable tissues, namely young leaves, buds, flowers and young fruits, as well as the respective influences on fruit setting. The results showed that the thorn points and damage rates generally increased with the density of inoculated A.lucorum at all the four growth stages. The youngest tissues (terminal bud and first leaf) were more vulnerable compared to the older leaves at young leaf stage, with a damaged rate of 100%, while no damage was detected on the 4th and 5th leaves. At the same density of A.lucorum, the damage rates and the thorn points of flower were significantly higher than those of bud and young fruit. At the bud-flower mixed stage, the thorn points of flower were significantly higher than that of bud but no significant difference existed in damage rates. Damage at flower stage significantly decreased the fruit setting, and 49.49%, 59.60%, 84.85%, 94.95% and 94.87% of fruits were decreased at the densities of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 A.lucorum adults, respectively. The present results indicated that A.lucorum had obvious preference to damage the tender parts and flowers of winter jujube, and the damage at flower stage might significantly influence the yields. Therefore, extra considerations should be taken to control the population of this pest at the crucial stages of flowers and young fruits.
