台湾金线莲增殖培养试验

摘    要:以台湾金线莲茎尖为外植体诱导的腋芽作为中间繁殖体材料,开展基本培养基和植物生长调节剂对增殖培养的影响,结果表明,基本培养基、6-BA和NAA及其水平对台湾金线莲茎尖的增殖均有显著或极显著影响,最佳增殖培养基的配方是MS+6-BA 3.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1,其繁殖系数达5.9。

Abstract:The axillary buds from the explants of Anoectochilus formosanus were used for the study of the effects of the basic media and growth regulators on its proliferation.The result indicated the effects of the basic media,6-BA,NAA and it concentration on its tip propagation were significant or great significant.The optimal proliferation medium was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1 with the proliferation coefficient 5.9.
