摘    要:变量施肥播种机是根据精准农业的技术要求实施变量投放的关键设备。为此,在消化吸收国外先进的变量施肥自动控制技术的基础上,成功研制了国产变量施肥播种机。该播种机由变量控制器控制机械式无级变速器,根据GPS的位置信号,完成处方图设计的播种施肥作业。通过对播种机的静止和地块工作试验可知,施肥变量控制可靠,数据记录正常,变量施肥播种作业效果良好。

Abstract:On the demand of precision agriculture technology, the variable rate fertilization seeding machine is an important equipment of variable rate input technology. On the basis of digesting and absorbing overseas advanced auto-control technology of variable rate fertilization, the homemade variable rate seeding machine is successful manufactured. It can be accomplished sowing work prescribing by the application maps based on the GPS signal under the control of mechanical variable speed unit. We know from the static and working testing that the control of variable rate fertilization is credible, the presented data are normal and the working condition of fertilization is available.
