宁夏罗布麻鲜花挥发油化学成分分析

摘    要:测定宁夏罗布麻鲜花挥发油的含量及化学成分。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从宁夏产罗布麻鲜花中提取挥发油。结果:测得提取率为0.113%.采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对罗布麻鲜花的挥发性成分进行了分离鉴定.分离出60种成分,鉴定了其中的53种成分,占总成分的88.3%。采用峰面积归一化法确定了各成分的相对含量,主要成分为:乙酸乙酯(37.83%),(Z)-3-已烯-1-醇(15.49%),苯乙醇(14.25%),15-二十九酮(4.87%)1,1-二乙氧基-乙烷(3.06%),苯甲醇(2.74%),(S)-3-乙基4-甲基戊醇(1.51%).结论:宁夏罗布麻花比新疆罗布麻花中的挥发油含量高,而且成分差异较大。

Abstract:Objectives:to determine and analyze the content and chemical components of volatile oil in fresh flower of Apocynum venetum L.in Ningxia.Methods:the volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS.Results:the content of the volatile oil was 0.113%,60 peaks were separated and 53 component were i- dentified,accounting for 88.30% of the total.The major components of the volatile oil are ethyl acetate(37. 83%),(Z)-3-hexen-l-ol(15.49%),phenylethyl alcohol(14.25%),15-nonacosanone(4.87%),1,1-diethoxy- ethane(3.06%),benzyl alcohol(2.74%),(S)-3-ethyl-4-methylpentanol(1.51%).Conclusion:compared to flower of Apocynum venetum L.in Xinjiang,the content of volatile oil in flower of Apocynum venetum L.in Ningxia is higher,and there are great differences in chemical components between two oils.
