| 摘 要： | 简析了省级农科院在地方农业科技发展中重要作用及优势后,提出应从:1.积极调整管理体制,加强创新能力建设;2.加强地方适应性新品种引进研发以及实用技术创新力度;3.强化农业科技服务等方面采取措施,充分发挥省级农科院在地方农业科技发展中的领军作用。

| Abstract: | After a brief analysis on the role and advantages of provincial academies of agricultural sciences in the development of local agricultural science and technology, some suggestions on giving the full play to the leading role of provincial academies of agricultural sciences were put forward in the paper, such as: 1. adjusting internal administrative mechanism to enhance the creative ability; 2. strengthening the introduction and breeding of suitable hybrids and varieties and studies of practical techniques; 3. promoting the cooperating with other agricultural science and technology services to improve the service to agricultural production and local economy. |
