摘    要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定犊泻康颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为十八烷基键合硅胶柱,流动相:0.033mol/lKH2PO4-乙腈(70:30),流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长:265nm。结果:在0.40-2.00μg检测范围之间,对照品微克数与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=3925247x-34180、r=0.9999。平均回收率为99.93%,RSD=0.32%。结论:该方法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于犊泻康颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量控制。

Abstract:Objective : to establish the determination of Berbefine Hydrochloride in Duxiekang Granules, HPLC was adopted. Methods: In this method ODS C18 column was used , 0.033 mol/l KH2PO4- acetonitrile (70:30) was used as a mobile phase. The detection wave-length was at 265nm.Restults: The detection range is 0.40-2.00 μg.There is agood linear relationship between consistence and apex-area. The regress equationis Y=3 925 247x-34 180,r=0.999 9. The recovery of the added sample was 99.93%,And RSD:0.32%.Conclusion: This method was simple and the result was reliable.
