绿色照明视角下的湖南省农村节能减排工程测算

从湖南省抽取常德、湘潭、邵阳和衡阳4个城市，代表3类不同经济状况的地区，调研4地市农村地区的照明用电情况。根据绿色照明的有关理论与方法，研究了4地市农村地区现有的节电水平与节电潜能，并对湖南省的整体农村节电情况进行了研究。就绿色照明而言，计算表明：4地市农村地区节电与减排潜能最大的是衡阳市，湖南省有相当大的节能减排空间，此研究有助于政府与有关企业就当地的节能减排制定科学的政策与措施。

Estimation of Rural Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Projects in Hunan Province from the Perspective of Green Lighting

The paper has made a survey of rural energy conservation of four representative cities in Hunan province：Shaoyang, Xiangtan, Changde and Hengyang. According to the relevant theories of green illumina-tion,it studies both the electricity--saving level and energy--saving potential of the four rural areas. There{ore,the paper concludes the overall rural electricity consumption situation in Hunan province. Interm of green lighting,the calculation shows that in 4 rural areas, Hengyang is the most potential area in energy--saving and emission reduction and Hunan province has huge potential space. Besides, this studywould be helpful for government and relevant enterprises to make scientific policies and measures on local energy--saving and emission reduction.
