摘    要:目的]研究不同利用方式对割草场鸭茅生物量和植株生长性状的影响,为合理利用天然割草场提供科学依据.方法]利用盆栽试验,以割草场鸭茅为研究对象,分别设置未处理、春季放牧+割草、春季放牧+割草+秋季放牧、割草+秋季放牧、割草,5种不同利用方式下鸭茅生物量和植株生长性状的变化.结果]不同利用方式对叶量、叶长和叶宽的影响较显著(P<0.05);不同利用方式中割草+放牧利用下分蘖数和地下部生物量呈极显著正相关,地上部生物量与生长高度和茎宽呈显著负相关.结论]不同利用方式对鸭茅生物量和植株生长性状都有影响,割草+放牧的利用方式比较适合当地以鸭茅为主的禾草+杂类草的割草场草甸草地的利用.

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose was to research the change of biomass and growth character of Dactylis glomerata under different utilization modes and provide theoretical basis for the reasonable utilization of natural mowing grassland.【Method】Using potted plants,D.glomerata in mowing grassland was studied.The focus was on the change of biomass and growth character under different utilization modes that are untreated condition,spring grazing and cutting,spring grazing and cutting and autumn grazing and cutting and autumn grazing,cutting.【Result】The results showed that different utilization modes had significant effect on leaves amount,leaves length and leaves width(P<0.05).There was significant positive correlation between tillers number and belowground biomass of D.glomerata under cutting and autumn grazing mode,but aboveground biomass was significantly negatively correlatied with length and stem width .【Conclusion】There was effect on biomass and growth character of D.glomerata under different utilization modes.The mode of cutting then grazing was Comparatively fit for the utilization of the local gramineous and weed meadowland which takes D.glomerata as the majority.
