吉林省传统养殖鸡粪和工厂化养殖鸡粪中Zn·Cu·Fe·Mn含量比较

[目的]比较了吉林省传统养殖鸡粪和工厂化养殖鸡粪中微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn的含量,为各类作物施入吉林省有机肥鸡粪提供了参考数据。[方法]采集了吉林省东部、中部、西部地区传统养殖鸡粪和工厂化养殖鸡粪各9个样品,将鸡粪样品风干、烘干处理后,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中微量元素Zn、CuF、e、Mn含量。[结果]吉林省东部、中部、西部2种不同喂养方式下鸡粪中的微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn含量均有差异。工厂化养殖鸡粪中Zn、Cu、Mn含量平均值分别高出传统养殖鸡粪3.32、.1、1.6倍,而传统养殖鸡粪中的Fe含量平均值高出工厂化养殖鸡粪中1.2倍,但2种鸡粪中铁含量都较高。[结论]鸡粪中微量元素含量与鸡饲料配比有关,工厂化养殖鸡粪作为有机肥施入农田时,应根据鸡粪的成分含量及根据作物生长需要量和施入鸡粪后对土壤微量元素有效性影响状况合理确定肥土比。

Contrast with the Contents of Microelements Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn in the Chicken Shits Fed with between the Conventional Methods and Manufactory in Jilin Province

[Objective] The research aimed to contrast the contents of microelements Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn in the chicken shits fed with between the conventional methods and manufactory in Jilin Province,and provide the reference for the employing of organic chicken shit fertilizer of Jilin Province to the various crops.[Method] The experimentation gathered 9 specimens of the chicken shits fed with the conventional methods and manufactory in the east,central and west sections of Jilin Province respectively.The contents of some microelements including Zn,Cu,Fe and Mn were measured with atom absorbed spectrum after air-drying and drying.[Result] The results showed that there were differences in the chicken shits fed with the different methods in the east,central and west sections of Jilin Province.The average contents of Cu,Zn and Mn in the chicken shits fed with the manufactory methods were higher than that of the conventional methods by multiple 3.3 times,2.1 times,and 1.6 times,respectively,while the contents of Fe in the chicken shits fed with the conventional methods was higher than the method of manufactory by 1.2 times,but both of the contents of Fe in the chicken shits were all high.[Conclusion] The contents of some microelements in the chicken shits are related to percentage of feeds.When the chicken shits fed with the method of manufactory as organic fertilizer are employed to the crops,people should make certain the ratio of the chicken shits and the soil according as percentage of the chicken shits and need of crops as well the effective infection of microelements of the soil after employing chicken shits.
