禽流感病毒江西株的分离与初步鉴定

摘    要:从临床主要表现为呼吸道症状和产蛋严重下降蛋鸡群的病例中.分离到1株病毒(GN9901)。该病毒株可在鸡胚中传代.可以凝集鸡、鸭和人的红细胞.不被新城疫阳性血清所抑制。经血清学鉴定为A型禽流感病毒(HA、NA亚型未测定),该病毒株具有良好的免疫原性。

Abstract:An Avian Influenza Virus strain (GN9901) was isolated from the case of egg-fowls which showed respiratory symptom and whose egg output decreased severely. The virus strain can multiplied in the chicken-embryo, also can aggregated the erythrocytes of chicken, duck and human being, but can not be inhibited by the Newcastle Disease Virus(NDV) positive serum. The virus strain was identified Avian Influenza Virus A, the sub-serotypes of hemagglutinin(HA) and neuraminidase(NA) were not determined. And the strain had excellent immunogenicity.
