水杨酸对巴西蕉幼苗抗冷性的影响

摘    要:以巴西蕉幼苗为试材,研究0.1、0.5、1.0、1.5mmol/L水杨酸(SA)4个浓度对提高香蕉幼苗抗冷性的影响。结果表明,在低温胁迫下,叶面喷施不同浓度的SA均能显著降低巴西蕉幼苗叶片相对电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量,维持较低的膜透性,降低O2^-产生速率,提高巴西蕉幼苗叶片可溶性蛋白质、游离脯氨酸和叶绿素含量,提高POD、SOD活性,从而提高巴西蕉幼苗的抗低温胁迫能力。在4种SA浓度中以0.1mmol/L处理效果最好。

Abstract:In the experiment, Brazil banana young seedlings were used to study the effects of four concentrations (0.1,0.5,1.0 and 1.5mmol/L) of salicylic acid (SA) on improving the cold resistance of seedlings. The results showed that under low temperature stress, spraying different concentrations of SA on leaves could significantly decrease the relative conductivity and MDA content, maintain lower levels of membrane permeability, decrease the production rate of O2-in leaves of young seedlings, and increase soluble p...
