摘    要:Main progress of transgenic techniques in apple made in recent years was summarized, and related research achievements in various aspects like transformation method, regenerating ability of explants, strain type and infection conditions of Agrobacterium were reviewed. On this basis, the current bottlenecks in transgenic techniques in apple were put forward.
