套袋对艳红桃果实品质的影响

摘    要:为探讨套袋对艳红桃品质的影响,对艳红桃套袋期间果实可溶性固形物、Vc、可滴定酸含量进行了测定,对好果率进行了统计.结果表明:套袋抑制了可溶性固形物、Vc和可滴定酸含量的积累.但艳红桃经套袋后,裂果率和病果率明显降低,好果率提高了13百分点.

Abstract:The soluble solid,Vc and titrable acidity content of Yanhong peach fruits was determined in bagging period and the good fruit rate was calculated to study the effect of bagging on fruit quality of Yanhong peach fruits.The results showed that bagging inhibited accumulation of soluble solid,Vc and titrable acidity but the good fruit rate increased by 13% because of its significant decrease of dehiscent fruit rate and disease fruit rate.
