室温半干法制备木薯氧化淀粉的研究

摘    要:以双氧水为氧化剂,CuSO4为催化剂,常温半干法制备木薯氧化淀粉。考察了氧化剂用量、催化剂用量、反应时间和水用量对氧化淀粉羧基含量的影响。结果表明较佳反应条件为:双氧水用量10%,催化剂用量0.16%,反应时间9h,水用量30%。在此优化条件下反应,氧化淀粉羧基含量可达1.55%。

Abstract:With the hydrogen-peroxide as oxidizer and CuSO4 as catalyst to synthesize the cassava oxidized starch by semi-dry process in room temperature. The effect of the amount of hydrogen-peroxide and catalyst, reaction time and amount of water on the carhoxyl content was investigated. The results showed that the optimum condition was 10% H2O2, 0.16% CuSO4, the reaction time of 9 h and 30% H2O, the carhoxyl content can reach 1.55% under the optimum condition.
