| 摘 要： | 为探明胚泡附植的分子机制，运用双向电泳技术分析了兔子宫内膜蛋白和子宫冲洗液蛋白．结果表明，在给定的时期内，子宫内膜蛋白质有差异，差异点共有11个；子宫冲洗液中蛋白质也有很大的差异，但在短时间内，存在有相对分子质量和等电点相同的蛋白质点，子宫冲洗液蛋白以分泌蛋白为主。

| Abstract: | Proteins in the rabbit endometrium and uterus flushings were analyzed to study the mechanism of the embryo implantation by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis.The results showed that there was difference for the given period endometrium proteins,with 11 different protein spots altogether.There is also difference for the given period uterus flushings besides the same molecular weight and the same iso-electrical point proteins at the short time range.The proteins in the uterus flushings were mainly the secretary ones. |
