| 摘 要： | 实行城乡一体化发展是当前推进农村改革的一项重要内容,城乡一体化发展的关键因素之一是实现城乡一体化人力资源配置。城乡一体化人力资源配置主要包括地区配置、部门或行业配置、职业配置3个方面,配置模式主要有自由配置、争夺配置、统筹配置和交换配置。实现城乡一体化人力资源配置应当强化就业培训、建立健全人力资源供求信息系统、建立农村剩余劳动力劳保服务、增加城乡就业岗位、促进城乡人力资源交流、建立政府工作人员城乡轮岗制度。
