土槽遥控系统的设计与制作

摘    要:研制了基于遥控的全功能土槽控制系统,遥控器和接收控制系统均采用新一代单片机,线路简单,工作可靠。作者从硬件和软件设计方面系统地介绍了整个系统的原理与设计,并对系统抗干扰及容错技术进行了分析。一年来的使用证明,遥控系统的使用极大地减小了操作难度,提高了工作效率。

Abstract:Soil bin is one of the most important facilities on the study of TerrainMachine Systems. Therefore a multifunctional control system which is easy to use is of great significance. A new computer control system featuring wireless remote control has been developed for control of the whole soil bin including movement control of various equipment mounted on the carriage and relevant data processing. Microprocessors are used on both remote controller and receivingunit to simplify the operation of wiring and facilitate. This paper analyze in detail the software design as well as the hardware design of the remote control system and various measures taken to effectively resist electromagnetic interference and ensure safe operation of the system. Practical application over a year demonstrated that the control system can work reliably and can improve work efficiency considerably.
