乙醇-超声法在浮游植物叶绿素a含量测定中的应用

摘    要:叶绿素测定是生物监测及水质评价中估算藻类生物量的重要指标。以超声波破碎藻细胞,以热乙醇为萃取剂测定浮游植物叶绿素a的含量,并与常规的丙酮-研磨法进行比较对照,结果证实该方法是可行的。其提取时间仅为10m in,因此尤适于快速检测。

Abstract:The determination of chlorophyll is a key index in monitoring water quality. Algal cells were broken up with ultrasonic and chlorophyll-a was extracted with hot ethanol from phytoplankton. This method was compared with a regular method by acetone-rubbing. It was proved that ethanol-sonication could be used normally in the determination of chlorophyll-a, especially in an emergency, because chlorophyll-a could be extracted in only ten minutes.
