摘    要:为了筛选出适合大田防治橡胶树棒孢霉落叶斑病的高防效低成本的药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法对14种药剂进行室内筛选。结果表明:50%多菌灵WP(可湿性粉剂)和25%惠博EC(乳油)的半致死浓度EC50最小,抑菌效果最好;22.7%博青、75%百菌清和50%硫磺胶悬剂的EC50最大,抑菌效果最差;通过对药剂抑制效果和使用成本的分析,建议在生产上可使用50%多菌灵WP、70%甲基脱布津WP、25%斯高EC、50%福美双WP、18%保治达EC和80%大生M-45WP。

Abstract:An attempt was made to select suitable fungicides with high efficiency and low cost for field application to control leaf spot disease of rubber trees caused by Corynespora cassiicola (Berkeley et Curtis) Wei, and 14 fungicides was screened in laboratory by hypha growth rate method. The pesticides carbendazim 50% WP and propiconazole 25% EC were found to have the lowest EC50 value and good inhibition of C. cassiicola, whereas the pesticides chlorothalonil 22.7% EC, dithianon 75% WP and sulphur 50% SC had the highest EC50 value but poor inhibition. Analysis of inhibiting effect and cost of these fungicides suggested that the pesticides carbendazim 50% WP, thiophanate-methyl 70% WP, propiconazole 25% EC, thiram 50% WP, prochlora 18% EC and dithane M-45 80% WP be applied in the field control of the leaf spot disease.
