北京山区县产业结构可持续发展研究

北京山区县经过几十年的发展，产业结构已经向逐渐多元化，但是人均收入水平仍然落后于平原地区。同时，各山区县之间产业密度相差较大，经济状况差异显著。为了判断山区的主导产业，对北京2006年7个山区县的产业结构进行区位商计算，表明第一产业为其主导产业。为了进一步分析主导产业，选择了9个主要产业计算区位商，结果证明林业、畜牧业、渔业可能为主导产业。然而区位商本身存在缺陷，经过对其缺陷的补充探讨，最后判定林业、畜牧业、工业、旅游业为其主导产业。从可持续发展角度看，山区应该建立以林业、畜牧业和旅游业为主导产业的发展战略，提高劳动力素质，利用自身资源，形成产业优势。

Sustainable Development of Industrial Structure of Beijing Mountain Country

The economic structure has been gradually diversified as the decades development of mountain county in Beijing,but per capita income level still lags behind the plain area.Meanwhile,industry's density differs heavily between each mountain county,and the economic difference is remarkable.In order to judge the leading industry,location quotient is used.It shows that primary industry is the leading industry through the location quotient of 7 counties in 2006.To further study the leading industry,9 main industries are selected to use location quotient and the result comes out as the forestry,animal husbandry and fishery to be the leading industry.Because the location quotient has its own defaults,some supplement discussions are made.Finally,forestry,animal husbandry,manufactory and tourism are proved to be the leading industry.In the view of sustainable development,the county area should make its strategy leading by forestry,animal husbandry and tourism,improve the skills of labors,form industry priority.
