浅谈图书馆服务的公益性与社会化

公共图书馆是社会公益性的文化教育机构，是国家科学文化发展水平的标志之一，是社会文明的窗口之一，体现着一个国家文化水平以及社会的文明程度。但是，我国公共图书馆的建设和发展还存在很大的不足和差距，为此提出了提升我国图书馆服务公益化的途径和策略。
