干旱地区穴播酸枣仁嫁接枣树育苗技术研究

摘    要:针对干旱地区气候干燥,干旱少雨,蒸发量大等特点,运用覆膜穴播酸枣(Zizyphus spinosus Hu.)仁嫁接培育枣树苗木,通过实地测量数据对比分析,枣树嫁接育苗采用穴播酸枣仁与大田条播酸枣相比,节约了酸枣仁下种量,酸枣仁的发芽率提高12.7%,Ⅰ级苗率提高35%,越冬保存率提高9%,嫁接的成活率提高4%,嫁接苗Ⅰ级苗率提高13%。

Abstract:Plastic mulching and bunch planting were applied to the breeding of Zizyphus spinosus Hu.seedlings in light of the dry,less rainfall and much evaporation.Experiment showed that bunch planting can save the amount of seed sowed and increased the germination rate by 12.7%.First grade seedlings increased by 35% and preservation rate over winter increased by 9%.Survival rate of grafting was increased by 4% and first grade of grafted seedlings increased by 13%.
