摘    要:试验了高温(五龄蚕31℃,蛹期34℃)对家蚕蛾粘液腺生长发育及产附性的影响。结果表明,高温导致粘腺长度缩短、干重减轻、腺体畸形;支部(分泌部)脆质中粗面内质网和线粒体数量减少,形态被破坏。粘液中的蛋白质及其氨基酸组成改变、含量减少是导致粘着力下降及产附性劣化的直接原因。二化性品种比多化性品种更易受高温影响。

Abstract:In this experiment, the influence of high temperature (31℃ at the 5th instar of the larval stage and 34℃ at the pupal stage)upon the growth of colleterial glands and deposition condition of silkworm moths(Bambyx mori L. )was studied. It was shown that high temperature induced shorten-ing of the glands,decrease of their weight,and abnormality of their shape;rough-surfaced endo-plasmic recticulum and mitochondria in the cytoplasm of their branches (secretory sections) decreased in quantity, and were distorted in shapes. The constituents of protein and amino acid in the secreted mucus were also changed and their contents were reduced, in that, they directly led to lowering of the adhesive force and worsening of the deposition condition. It was also known that the bivoltine was easilier affected than the polyvoltine by high temperature.
