| Abstract: | The studies on sucrose-metabolizing enzymes, invertase, sucrose phosphate synthase and sucrose synthase in sugar beet in both domestic and oversea were summarized. According to the development of three kinds of sucrose-metabolizing enzyme in sugar beet, the research field in the future were suggested. |
