发达国家农产品质量追溯的实践与借鉴

农产品质量追溯是通过信息记录、查询和召回问题产品,实现"从农田到餐桌"的全过程食品安全管理的重要手段。为应对疯牛病和频繁发生的食品安全事件,发达国家成功开展了食品安全追溯。与发达国家相比,我国的农产品质量追溯还存在较大差距,应借鉴发达国家经验,尽快制定专门法律,建立统一的国家追溯数据库,以及采取引进先进技术和加大补贴力度等措施,促进我国农产品质量追溯的健康发展。
