中医药文化视角下的医学生工匠精神培育路径探析

工匠及其工匠精神早已深深植根于中华民族的土壤之中，是中华优秀传统文化的有机组成部分。中医药文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分，因此造就了我国古代医生独具一格的工匠精神特质：一是贵乎仁心，二是贵乎专一，三是贵乎精一。实现健康中国战略，需要培养更多具有工匠精神的医生，本文提出了通过经典研读，认知医学生的工匠精神；通过身边榜样，感知医学生的工匠精神；通过专业实践，践行医学生的工匠精神；通过校园文化，熏陶医学生的工匠精神等途径，以培育医学生的工匠精神。

Analysis of the Cultivation Path of Craftsman Spirit of Medical Students from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture

Craftsman and craftsman spirit have already been rooted deeply in the spoil of the Chinese nation, which are also integral components of the Chinese traditional culture. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) culture is an important component of the Chinese traditional culture. Therefore, it has created the unique craftsman spirit of ancient Chinese doctors. The first is the heart of benevolence, the second is the quality of specificity, and the third is the profound and subtle pursuit. In order to implement the Healthy China Strategy, we need to cultivate more doctors with craftsman spirit. Through reading classics, medical students can cognize the craftsman spirit; through surrounding examples, medical students could feel the craftsman spirit; through professional practice, medical students can practice the craftsman spirit; through professional practice, medical students could be nourished by the craftsman spirit. The craftsman spirit of medical students could be cultivated through all these ways and so on so forth.
