| 摘 要： | 以杏离体根段为试材，研究了创伤、培养基对愈伤组织发生的影响及愈伤组织发生过程。结果表明，以离体云皮根段为外植体，ＭＳ为基本培养基，诱导愈伤组织较为适宜。愈伤组织是多起源的，但主要源于形成层。残存的韧皮部也可以脱分化形成愈伤组织，此外，还存在愈伤组织源于木质部的情况。

| Abstract: | Wounding and medium influenced the formation of in vitro apricot root callus. Callus was efficiently induced from in vitro root segment devoid of rhizodermis on MS medium.The callus originated from several parts,but mainly from cambium.The rest of phloem also produced callus through dedifferentiation.In addtion,there was callus from xylem. |
