离子型聚丙烯酰胺对棕壤酶活性的影响

摘    要:在实验室控制条件下,研究了阴、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺在田间推荐用量范围内对棕壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,阴、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺对土壤过氧化氢酶活性和磷酸酶活性均表现为显著的激活作用,阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺对土壤过氧化氢酶活性和磷酸酶活性的影响随着施用浓度的增加而增强,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺的施用浓度对其没有显著的影响;阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺对脲酶的影响是低浓度激活、高浓度抑制,最后恢复稳定,阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺对脲酶的激活作用只表现在培养的前10 d。

Abstract:Soil enzymes play an important role in circle of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus,with metabolic processes in soil system,including soil formation,development,fertility enhancement,nutrition material transformation,organic matter decomposing,contaminations degradation and so on.Soil enzyme activity can reflect intensities and directions of many biochemical processes and is affected by lots of environmental factors such as physical,chemical,biological ingredient and so on.Effects of anion-polyacrylamide(HPAM) and cation-polyacrylamide(CPAM) on soil enzyme activity was studied at field level at recommended application amounts under the control condition.The results showed that both HPAM and CPAM obviously activated catalase and phosphatase activity.For HPAM, the higher the concentration was,the stronger the activating effect was.In contrast,the concentration of CPAM had no influence at all.The effect of CPAM on urease activity was activated at low concentration and inhibited at high concentration,then remained at a stable level.The activation of HPAM on urease activity was only found at the first 10 incubating days.
