基于热重分析法的生物柴油—柴油发动机颗粒排放研究

摘    要:在直喷式柴油机上进行了不同供油提前角以及生物柴油与柴油以不同比例混合的发动机颗粒排放测试,利用热重分析仪分析了颗粒排放中挥发性有机成分随温度的变化.结果表明,与生物柴油掺混比例相比,在所测试工况,供油提前角的变化对颗粒排放中挥发性有机成分生成量的影响较小,挥发性有机成分生成量随混合燃料中生物柴油掺混比例的增加而增大;蒸发温度在150~180℃范围内的挥发性有机成分最多,并且随生物柴油比例的增大,挥发性有机成分更集中在该温度范围.
