基于“走动管理”模式推动图书馆管理工作的创新——“走动管理”在东北林业大学图书馆中的应用

对于强化＂以人为本＂的图书馆,管理学中＂走动管理＂的方法和策略在图书馆实践中运用对提高其管理效能和组织效能起着举足轻重的作用。从＂走动管理＂理论入手,以我馆实际为例,指出＂走动管理＂是高校图书馆管理发展的趋势之一,并提出实现走动管理的路径。期望能够对高校图书馆管理方式的转变起到抛砖引玉的作用。

Promote the Innovation of Library Management Based on the "Walking Management Mode"——Application of "Walking Management" in the library of NEFU

For library with the thought of strengthening the ＂people foremost＂,the ＂Walking Management＂ method and strategy in management applied in the practice of library plays an important role in the improvement of the management and organizing efficiency.Starting with the method of ＂Walking Management＂,by the instance of our library,and point out that ＂Walking Management＂ will be one of the trend of the development in the management of library of university,and put forward the way to achieve walking management.I wish the paper could push the way for the change of the management mode in library.
