鉴定玉米花粉活力4种方法的比较

玉米是一种重要的粮食作物。玉米花粉活力鉴定是玉米遗传育种研究的一个重要方面，它不仅关系到商用杂交种的生产，而且与玉米种质资源的保护密切相关。主要对现在4种经常应用的玉米花粉活力鉴定方法进行了比较。结果表明，花粉体外萌发的方法要优于化学染色的方法。在2种花粉管液体培养基的比较中，含有较多蔗糖但是没有氨基酸的培养基（处理Ⅰ）优于虽然含有氨基酸但是蔗糖含量较少的培养基（处理Ⅱ）。尽管蔗糖和氨基酸在花粉萌发的过程中都发挥了重要作用，但是氨基酸的重要性要低于蔗糖。
