摘    要:以抗青1号茄子、抗青1号番茄和托鲁巴姆为砧木,分别与接穗品种西粉三号番茄嫁接,研究了不同砧木品种嫁接番茄抗青枯病的效果。结果表明:抗青1号茄子是防治番茄青枯病的最佳砧木,它与西粉三号的嫁接亲和力强,其嫁接苗成活率超过99.0%,且生长势强,单果重最高;以抗青1号茄子、托鲁巴姆为砧木的嫁接苗的田间发病率均在6.67%以下,明显低于对照西粉三号的发病率。

Abstract:In order to study the bacterial wilt resistance of tomato grafted by different rootstocks,eggplant variety Kangqing No.1,tomato variety Kangqing No.1,and Tuolubam were used as rootstocks for grafting with tomato variety Xifen No.3,respectively.The results showed that Kangqing No.1 eggplant was the best rootstock for the control of tomato bacterial wilt,it had the best grafting affinity with Xifen No.3 tomato,and its grafted seedlings had the survival rate of more than 99.0%,and also had strong growth potential and the highest single-fruit weight.When Kangqing No.1 eggplant and Tuolubam were used as rootstocks,the field disease incidence of the grafted seedlings was all less than 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that of the control Xifen No.3 tomato.
