摘    要:采用琼脂保湿浸叶法,在室内测定了7种杀虫剂对江苏里下河地区烟粉虱成虫的毒力。结果表明:多杀菌素与阿维菌素对烟粉虱成虫的毒力高,其48 h致死中浓度(LC50)分别为1.4939和1.5530 mg/L;高效氯氰菊酯和印楝素的毒力次之,其LC50值分别为5.4174和12.2623 mg/L;毒死蜱的毒力最低。

Abstract:The toxicities of seven insecticides to the adult of Bemisia tabaci in Lixiahe region of Jiangsu province were tested with bioassay method.The results showed that the toxicities of Spinosad and Abamectin were higher,and their LC50 were 1.4939 and 1.5530 mg/L,respectively.The LC50 of Beta-cypermethrin and Azadiracht were 5.4174 and 12.2623 mg/L,respectively.Chloprpyrifos had the lowest virulence to this pest insect.
