云南新烟区与老烟区烤烟物理特性比较研究

摘    要:以云南4个新烟区(普洱、临沧、文山、保山)和5个老烟区(昆明、玉溪、红河、大理、曲靖)的270份烤烟样品为试验材料,对样品的13种物理特性指标进行了多重比较和聚类分析。结果表明:新烟区、老烟区烟叶在形态特性指标、平衡含水率、填充值上的差异达到了显著水平,但在部分机械加工性能指标、叶片质量指标上的差异未达到显著水平;当卡方距离分别为1.26、1.89、1.61左右时,新老烟区上部叶、中部叶、下部叶的物理特性分别被分为4类。

Abstract:In order to compare the physical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco in new tobacco growing areas(Puer,Lincang,Wenshan,Baoshan) and old tobacco growing areas(Kunming,Yuxi,Honghe,Dali,Qujing) of Yunnan province,270 flue-cured tobacco leaf samples were collected from these tobacco-growing areas,and 13 physical characteristics indexes of these samples were analyzed by using multiple comparison and clustering analysis.The results indicated that: between new areas and old areas,there were significant differences in morphological indexes,filling power and equilibrium moisture content of tobacco leaves(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in some quality indexes and mechanical strength indexes of tobacco leaves.The physical characteristics of upper,middle and lower tobacco leaves in all tobacco-planting areas could be divided into 4 categories when Chi-square distance was about 1.26,1.89 and 1.61,respectively.
