| 摘 要： | 根据东山县红旗水库清洁型小流域的自然地理特征和经济社会情况，分析水库周边人口资源环境的突出矛盾和生态环境存在的主要问题，进一步明确红旗水库清洁型小流域水土保持和水源保护的思路，提出了小流域治理的总体思路和原则、防治目标与措施布局，以及以库区周边水土保持和水源保护为重点的具体措施、对策及建议。

| Abstract: | Based on geographical and socio-economic characteristics of the clean small watershed at Hongqi Reservoir in Dongshan County,the outstanding contradictions between population and resources was analyzed,and the main problems of the ecological environment around Hongqi reservoir was discussed deeply.The ideas of and measure system of the clean small watershed management was put forward. |
