| 摘 要： | 以碧桃单芽茎段为材料,研究了不同消毒方式、不同接种时间和不同抗氧化剂对碧桃组织培养的影响.结果表明:碧桃组织培养的最佳取材时期是春季,采用75%酒精消毒30s,流水冲洗2遍后再用0.1%的升汞消毒10min为最佳消毒方法;使用5g/L Vc浸泡碧桃茎段30min后接种,并在培养基中附加2g/L的活性炭,能有效抑制碧桃褐化.

| Abstract: | The shoots with a single bud of Prunus persica var.duplex were tested by different sterilized methods,inoculation times and antioxidants to study the inhibition effects on browning in tissue culture of Prunus persica var.duplex.The results showed that the optimum sterilized method was including treating explants with 75% ethanol for 30 s first and soaking explants in 0.1% HgCl2 for 10 min,the optimum inoculation time was in Spring and it was effective for inhibiting browning in tissue culture of Prunus pers... |
