| 摘 要： | 从产业空间结构特征及其环境效应入手,分析了甘肃省产业结构演变、产业内部结构特征、产业空间布局特征与产业发展中的能耗、排污等环境现状。依据产业空间结构的生态及经济效应与区域整体发展理念,提出了甘肃省"节能减排"的部署依据及不同产业的节能减排落实依据,以期推动甘肃省"节能减排"工作的顺利实施,为"节能减排"研究提供新的视角。

| Abstract: | Starting from the industrial spatial structure characteristics and its environmental effect, the evolution of industrial structure m Gan-su Province, internal characteristics of industry structure, industrial spatial layout characteristics, energy consumption and pollution dischar-ging in industry development were analyzed. According to ecological and economic effect of industrial spatial structure and regional general de- velopment idea, the deployment and implementation basis of energy saving and emission reduction in Gansu Province was put forward, so as to provide a new perspective for research of energy saving and emission reduction. |
