摘    要:针对河道治理综合整治的多目标、多层次性特点,通过建立灰决策综合评估法模型,利用目标的极性来进行效果测度的计算,根据计算出的综合效果测度空间的大小来确定优选方案。应用该模型对内蒙古乌海市河道整治工程方案进行优选,结果表明该方法计算简便、结果客观,很好地克服了传统的评标方法中人为因素过多、结果趋于均化等缺点。因此,该方法具有较高的使用和推广价值。

Study on River Regulation Scheme Optimization Based on Grey Situation Decision

Abstract:Aiming at multi-layers,multi objectives of river comprehensive regulation,through establishing grey situation decision evaluation model,the targetpolar was used to calculate the effects measurement.According to effect measurement,the optimal scheme was determined.With Wuhai City,Inner Mongolia as example,the river regulation scheme was selected.The results showed that the method is simple and objective,which can effectively avoid artificial factor interference in bid evaluation.The method has higher usage and extension value.
