| 摘 要： | 分析了浙江省渔业互保在发展过程中存在的一些问题,根据浙江省渔业互保理赔的情况,对雇主责任互保和渔船互保理赔中的所存在问题进行分析,并根据实际情况提出一些能够促进渔业互保健康发展的对策。

| Abstract: | The existing problems in development process of Zhejiang fishery mutual insurance and claims were analyzed.According to the situation of Zhejiang fishery mutual insurance and claims,the issues between employer＇ s liability mutual protection and fishing-boats mutual insurance and claims were studied,and some practical proposals were put forward to promote fishery mutual insurance. |
