摘    要:在大田条件下,针对江西红壤区花生在5种耕作方式下的土壤微生物区系进行了培养计数,研究了花生采用不同耕作方式对土壤微生物区系的影响。结果表明,花生的不同耕作方式对土壤微生物区系有显著的影响;与轮作方式相比,连作土壤和根际中细菌、放线菌、自生固氮菌和根瘤菌数量明显较少,真菌数量明显较多。随着连作年限的增加,土壤和根际中细菌、放线菌、自生固氮菌和根瘤菌数量显著减少,真菌数量显著增加。

Effects of Peanut Cropping Patterns on Soil Microflora in Red Soil Region

Abstract:In red soil area of Jiangxi, the plots of five different cropping patterns were chosen, the effect of different cropping patterns on soil mieroflora were studied by the plate counting method under field conditions. The results showed that: the peanut different cropping patterns had a significant effect on soil microbial flora, when compared with crop rotation, the number of bacteria, actinomyees, azotobacter and rhizo-bium in the continuous cropping soil and rhizosphere significantly decreased, the number of fungi significantly increased. And as advance of peanut continuous cropping years, bacteria, actinomyces, azotobacter and rhizobium number in the soil and rhizosphere declined distinctly, fungi number increased obviously.
