安徽省美好乡村建设背景下的土地整治模式探讨

在安徽省大力开展美好乡村建设、统筹城乡发展的新形势下,尝试研究和探索美好乡村建设背景下不同区域的土地整治模式,不仅可以为土地整治工作的顺利开展提供理论指导和实际参考,也可以为更好地推进美好乡村建设服务。该研究分析了美好乡村建设与土地整治的辩证关系,指出土地整治与美好乡村建设是一个"局部"与"整体"的关系,土地整治是美好乡村建设的重要抓手,美好乡村建设是土地整治的重要目标。基于安徽省美好乡村建设背景下土地整治现状及存在的问题,根据安徽省美好乡村建设分区,分为皖北、皖中、沿江、皖西、沿江、皖西、皖南5个片区探讨差别化的土地整治模式。

The Land Rearrangement Model Discussion under the Background of Beautiful Country Construction in Anhui Province

Anhui Province is developing beautiful country construction and urban-rural harmonious development,under this new situation,trying to study and explore land rearrangement model in different areas,which can not only provide theoretical guidance and the actual reference for the land rearrangement work smoothly,but also provide better services to develop beautiful country.The relationship between beautiful country construction and land rearrangement was analyzed.It was pointed out that land construction and beautiful country construction is a relationship between local and global.Beautiful country construction is an important objective for land consolidation.Based on the status and existing problems of land consolidation under the background of beautiful country construction in Anhui Province,Anhui Province was divided into 5 regions：Wanbei,Wanzhong,Yanjiang,Wanxi and Wannan.The different model of land rearrangement was discussed.
