| Abstract: | The selection marker in transgenic plant may influence gene expression, further transformation,plant characteristics,environment and public health. The ways and the principles,the research achievements and the problems on eliminating the selection marker were systematically reviewed. To establish the transformation methods without selection marker is more important than all the above. |
