| 摘 要： | 猪苓菌丝体液体培养是工业化生产猪苓多糖的有效途径。为了寻求高效的猪苓菌丝体液体培养工艺,对猪苓菌丝体液体培养基的配方进行了筛选研究。结果表明：以“葡萄糖＋马铃薯煮汁＋蜜环菌煮汁”、“麦芽糖＋蜜环菌煮汁＋麦麸煮汁”2种配方培养的猪苓菌丝生长最好,而成合培养基的猪苓菌丝长势最差。

| Abstract: | Liquid culture of Polyporus umbellatus is an effective way to industrialize the production of Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharides. The Study on the selection of formulas for liquid culture media of Polyporus umbellatus showed that under the condition of the two culture media: "glucose + boiled potato juice + boiled Armillariella mellea"and "maltose + boiled Armillariella mellea + boiled wheat bran",Polyporus umbellatushyphae took on the best growth; while under the condition of synthetic culture medium, the growth of the hyphae is the worst. |
