| Abstract: | In view of the especial and complicated land utilization environment in the urban fringe area,the general planning of land utilization in the urban fringe area was innovated and discussed from the aspects of the planning concept, planning theory and method,planning evaluation mechanism and so on.This would provide the helpful reference for the land management and urban and rural construction in the urban fringe area. |
