雏番鸭胸腺显微与亚微结构

雏番鸭胸腺实质由许多小叶构成,每个小叶可分为皮质和髓质,皮质主要由大量密集排列的淋巴细胞组成,髓质淋巴细胞数量较少,排列也较疏松,上皮性网状细胞清晰可见,髓质部常见弥散型胸腺小体,偶见象哺乳动物那样典型的胸腺小体,电镜观察表明:(1)胸腺淋巴细胞根据其大小和超微结构分为大、中、小3型;(2)上皮性网状细胞形态多样,有突起,核较大,呈圆彤或椭圆形,核仁大而圆,胞质内含各种细胞器,核周和细长突起中存在张力丝柬,相邻细胞藉桥粒连接在一起;(3)巨噬细胞多位于内皮质、皮髓交界区和髓质,细胞大而外形多样,常有粗钝的伪足伸出,胞质丰富,细胞器发达,含有各级溶酶体,溶酶体内常见有吞噬衰老的红细胞和细胞器,细胞核外形不规则,异染色质很少,有明显核仁。

Microstructure and Ultrastructure in Thymus of Young Muscovy

The parenchyma in thymus of young muscovy consists of many lobules which can be divided in- to two regions,the cortex and medulla.The cortex is packed large numbers and crowded lymphoeytes,the medulla consists of fewer and sparyser lymphoeytes than cortex.The epithelial reticular cells can be seen in the medulla clearly.The diffuse type thymic corpusles can be frequently seen in the medulla and the typical thymic corpusles similar to that of mammal rearely seen in the medulla.The observations of eletron microscopy show:1)The lymphocytes can be divided into three types:large,middle and small lymphocytes, based on the size and ultrastructure of the cells;2)The shapes of the epithelial reticular cells with projecting are various,the nucleus of the cells are either round or ellipse and it's nucleolus are large and round.The cytoplasm contains various organelles,the region near the nucleus and the thin and long projecting of the cells contain tension fibril bundles.The cells connect with the desmosomes each other;3)The macrophages ex- ist frequently the inner cortex,the regions crossed cortex and medulla.The forms of the cells that can fre- quently project wide and round psaudopodium are large and round.The cells contain abundant cytoplasm, development organdlles and various lysosomes.The senescent erythrocytes and organelles can be often seen in the lysosomes.The shapes of nucleus are irregular,the heterochromatin is fewer and the nucleolus are clear.
