摘    要:以福建省灌木生物量实测数据为基础,以R软件构建根、枝干、叶非线性相容性模型,同时以各分量独自拟合模型的方差建立的加权回归方程作为权重,构建灌木相容性生物量模型。结果表明:利用R分析软件能够快速地构建非线性相容性模型,而且能较全面、客观地反映各组分之间生物量的分配关系。

Abstract:According to shrub biomass data of shrub measured in Fujian Province , we constructed the nonlinear compatible model of root , foliage and branches by using R analysis software .We built the variance of biomass evaluation models for total tree , aboveground part , root,branch and foliage with weighted regression equation as the weight .The nonlinear compatible model could be established quickly using R analysis software and could reflect the distribution relationship of biomasses among vari -ous components .
